I had a catastrophic fire in my home causeing me to fall bwehind in my bills. I have explained this to a dozen reps and have asked for the calls to stop. I have filed with the better business bureau, and they laughed. I am in the process of pulling my phone records for a web site complaint center for this company. I can show 10 calls per day for months!!! This is the worst loan company I have ever dealt with. I have mortgages that are behind and they only call once per day. This harrassment is part of thier company plan, and until we pull together it will continue. Look for the web site by Sept. 08' and post your complaints there!
