Wells Fargo took over our mortgage after Washington Mutual pocketed some of our payments and now they are threatening to foreclose unless we pay them almost five thousand more dollars. I get anywhere from 8 to 20 calls a day Monday thru Sunday from them and I have written them and asked them via phone to stop calling me with no luck. The laon was in dispute when Wells Fargo took over (which is a part of Washington Mutual) and I had repaid the same four payments five times but I refuse to keep repaying. I have made every payment since Wells Fargo took over, the same as I did with Washington Mutual. This has been going on since 2001 and I need some to help me fight this thats not afraid of Washington Mutual/Wells Fargo.
