I stand corrected

After writing to CEO Richard Fairbanks regarding my compliant about a delinquency Capital One was reporting to credit agencies about me as a result of its billing errors (see blackballed by billing errors), I received a very nice and welcomed phone call from Cathy Atkins stating that they would correct my credit report. Thank you Cathy and Richard!
