For almost two years i have been trying to keep a watch out for credit scams and people trying to rip me off. I have been using Creditreport.com to monitor my credit of any new negative hits on my credit. I pay Creditreport.com close to $10.00 a month to protect me. On their site they talk about all three credit reports for everything they do. But when it comes to telling you the truth about what they do "they dont tell you everything".
I thought i was paying to monitor all three bureaus but you actually only get Transunion. I looked all over the site and they never say what bureaus you get. They would not give me a cent back. I talked to 4 "managers" and not one could find where they have in writing that you only get Transunion. It is almost implied that you get all three, thats all they talk about. So im just here to tell you "YOU ONLY GET ONE BUREAU" Well my credit went down 30 points because of a collector for $115.00 that could not find me, and i was never once told about is it by Crediteport.com because even though i was paying them to monitor my credit they were not looking at the other two bureaus.
They say read the fine print, but i could not even find that. The cost for monitoring my credit was more than the debt i owed. Please find a different credit company, this one will not help you after you get hurt, they were very cold and all wanted to get me off the phone and close my account. Thats all they could offer me was to close my account. I just want what i paid for.
