Fairbanks capital Rip-off they not recieve check, I submit new check then find out the check reportedly not receieved had been cashed

Claims check has not been recieved for payment insist that new check can be written after new check is cashed
mysteriously old check is found and submitted to bank for payment name of representative is given only one who can service your account — service representative never returns calls
