And as I stated before, I filed an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Utah.
I think we need to stick together on this. Try emailing these people also. As many of us as possible. It WILL get someones attention. Since I can't post email addresses here... Do a search on yahoo for "Governor of Utah", "Governor of Florida" and "Better Business Bureau of Utah". You can get the email addresses there.
BTW... I received a breakdown today from Fairbanks Capital Corp. They are showing pretty much EVERY one of my payments late. LOTS of late charges on here. And can anyone answer this for me?
What does "PMT Shortage Advance" mean? (whatever it is, it cost me $115.92 & $9.08 & $12.20) I believe it might have to do with that second appraisal they said they did?
How about "Demand Assessment"? Whatever that is it cost me $19.70. NO idea on this one.
How about "Interest on Advances"? This cost me $3.84. No idea.
How about "Suspense"? This cost me $24.01 & $9.08. No idea.
How about "Prepay Penalty Curt"? This cost me $10.00, three different times. No idea here.
How about "Demand Assessment"? This cost me $19.70. No idea.
How about "Property Preservation"? This cost me $10.00 a few different times and $105.00 one time. The $105.00 might have to do with that first appraisal they said they did??? I have no idea about the other charges.
Some of the other charges I mentioned appear more then one time also.
What is all of this?

Does the monitor of this site have a way that any of us can contact each other reguarding this matter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
