Our loan was passed to Fairbanks in september, they stated that we were three months behind prior to taken over the loan. I have provided them with a total amount paid for 4 months to the company they were assuming the loan from. They spoke with me for six weeks straight, but they could never give me a balance total when I contacted them back from the phone messages they were leaving. 64 days later when I contacted them to find out the new balance, the guy told me your loan will be going to foreclosure.
I was very upset at this point. I begin to try to put this puzzle together. Well as it turns out they where paid 6917.00 from 9/27- 11/27. The transfer company was paid 4683.00 prior to transfer of the loan. They cannot give me a answer as to what happen to my money.
They wont address my calls or address the issue. The loan rep who set up your loan, in my opinion has one thing in mind and that is to take your home. We will be taken action against this company.
