I bought a 50cc Scooter from Legion Worldwide. Didn't receive a Certification of Orgin. This really is required to join up a Scooter, a 50cc. Pennsylvania requires all Scooters be certified.

I've been contacting them for months plus they dismiss my request the Certification.

I can't use it.

Do not purchase a scotter or bike from legion worldwide.
