The run around with Legion Global has been 6 months. For 6 months my disabled mother who requires a mobility scooter has had to look at a broken scooter that also died the second time she tried to ride it. The motor is shot. It sits in her garage while her $658 sits in Legion Global's bank account.
It is despicable what this company does to innocent people who give their hard earned money in return for a promised product that has a warranty.
This message is to once again warn others who may want to purchase from this company. Don't! There is a lawsuit in process that will knock these guys right back to China where they buy the crappy materials to build their products.
They will go down& but don't add to their boastful $4 million in sales claim. They'll need that money for the payout and legal fees.
