I wish I would have seen this site prior to purchasing the 250CC Scout Scooter that we did in May. It arrived damaged, with parts missing, no instruction booklet and does not even look like the bike we thought we were purchasing! We contacted the company right away and were immediately sent to an unknown customer service "voicemail" where we have left multiple messages and have not had a single call returned! This company STEALS peoples money and does not follow through on anything they promise! The merchandise sent is damaged and cheap and unsafe to ride. I hope something is done to make sure that this does not continue. With all of the reports I am seeing, I cannot believe that they are still in business! I have contacted my credit card company and I hope that something is done soon! Good luck to all who have also been ripped off. We need to unite and bring this company down! In this hard economic times it is a horrible thing that they do this to hard working people!
