Commerce Bank enabled gambling losses

Well, I have been a customer of Commerce Bank for the past year. The other day I got paid direct deposit which was $1040 after taxes and I also deposited another $2000 in the bank as well. I took some friends and a coworker to lunch and my atm card was declined. I called the bank and was told they deactivated the card because I used my atm card on a online bingo site and that it was a federal law that prohibts such activity. Well I had been doing so for about 6 months and had lost about a thousand dollars at this point. I was pissed. I cursed them out something terrible. Needless to say, I'm moving on and getting a new bank. They enabled my gambling online by never calling, emailing or notifying me by mail that it was not lawfull or against any bank policy. They just let me continue to pay and lose and never addressed it until they just up and cut off the card which I must add had over 3000 on it. Wow.
