A representative from this company contacted my mother yelling at her and telling her that I owed them money and if I didn't contact them and pay it that day that I was going to jail. He then called my ex-boyfriends house and left the same information on his voicemail. I called the number back that he left and kept getting an answering machine so I left a message. A guy named Travis called me back three days later and as soon as I answered he started yelling at me saying I should have paid my bills and I was going to be arrested that day and he hung up in my face without giving me any info on the bill. I called back and asked for the supervisor and the guy that answered claimed he was the supervisor and that they were not a collection agency that they were a state agency that processed warrants and that I was wasting my time talking to him because the police were on the way to my house right then to arrest me. He then also hung up on me. I called again and got a lady who finally told me it was for a 200.00 loan I had some time ago she started off nice then tried to force me to send her 460.00 by moneygram the same day so I just ended the call. This company is rude and they violated all of the privacy laws and the fair collection practices!
