I was stunned today when I looked at my bank acct. I had 2- 35.00 fees from May 9th that were from transactions on May 8th. I pay my bills online and I paid 2-bills on the 8th - around 5:00 pm, I have direct deposit, so I knew that I would be fine due to the payments not posting until the next business day along with my paycheck! Guess what??? BOA is now charging you for pending transactions! Is this legal? Pending means just that, not processed, so how can they legally say it is an overdraft until it has posted! I was not overdrawn! I called and I get the same song and dance, we're sorry Mrs. Beam. Is there anything else we can help you with? They didn't help me to begin with! If anyone knows of a way to go after them for this, please get in touch with me. I am furious. I live off of my paycheck and cannot afford to pay BOA monies every week because they keep changing their policies without contacting their customers.
