Ripoff Credit card fraud

I was called By CSC at the end of March and agreed to pay $229 upfront for a unsecured mastercard with a $5000 limit. I was told that the 229 would cover any fees for the life of the card.including but not limited to anual fees, monthly processing fees, interest changes, etc.

It has been 7 1/2 months since I ordered the card. I never received the "package", and I am told that either they are submitting my account to their managemant to get me a refund or that I can not receive a refund til I return the package that I never received.

I have tried reporting them to BBB but the Maryland BBB phone number is a charge per minute number and CSC isn't even a member. I didnt order the card because I have bad credit. I ordered it to establish credit because I am young and so far haven't had the chance to.

I've spoken with my lawyer and he advised me that it wouldn't be worth it to persue them in court. First time I have been scammed like this. It really gives you an awful impression on how horrible people could be. And, how unwilling the government is to do anything about it.
