My husband and I contacted them in Sept and they wanted $995.00 to mediate with our mortgage company to refinance our current loan which was a couple months past due. They told me to let it foreclose, not to make anymore payments and that the mortgage company wouldbe more willing to do a refinance plan. They assured me that they would be able to mediate this matter or they would refund our money. They tried one negotiation which was an outrageous amount that we could have negotiated ourselves and was totally unacceptable financially, and they knew it.
From there, they never tried to help again. We were told that the lady we were working with was no longer with them and the owners son would handle it from there. Since then, nothing has been done and we are now going to lose our home. I have all the documents to prove this statement and do not want anyone else who is scared to lose their home to place any trust that this company will help them. We have since learned of another family that they took $1500.00 from and have never helped either.
