NSF Fees Accounting methods used

I am a single mother and aside with some times I have miscalculated-I feel like I have been a target for NSF Fees-also fees to have my account open besides that I opened a savings account where money somewhere around $50 a month has mysteriously gone out of my account for about a year & a 1/2. I have no idea what I should do about this.
