In less than one year this bank has received more than half of my income each month in overdraft protection which I did not request and was not notified of causing NSF charges totaling over $300 each time in which I had to take out several loans with interest to pay back.
Each time I would start paying on one of these loans, right before it would be paid off, they would charge me something else for whatever reasong, causing my loan to default or causing more fines or fees ending me up in another loan.
After receiving $66 in fees one day, two/three days later receiving another fee of $33, which was caused by their double charging me for fees 3 or 4 months prior, they told me they would not give me a refund only if I opened a savings account with them. I told her with all the charges they kept charging me I could not afford a savings account. She told me I could open a savings account for. 01cent!?
So I opened the account, not having money to put in it, she said the refund would go into the savings, then put the refund into the checking account because it was CHARGED to the checking, then turned around and charged me for not having a specific balance in the savings account. Then charged me $2 for the low savings balance and another $2.50 for my savings statement being returned "not at this address" when it went to the same address as my checking statement which was not returned.
After less than a year of having this account, every single month I have had to pay them more of my child support than my children have gotten. What is their justification?
