I agree with everything written... These people have charged me fees for no reason, threaten foreclosure, ask for large payments or you'll lose your home.
They have charged for a hazard insurance that I did not authorize and you can't get hold of anyone there... It's like calling into a black hole. I've left about 2 dozen messages in the past 2 weeks and no one will call you back.
I've been told that at least 5 different people are my account manager and when I finally get a live person they don't know
anything!
How can this go on? These people are total crooks!!!
