Fairbanks Capital has charged me late fees, put me in forebearance and charged me hazard insurance when I faxed several copies of my own homeowners insurance policies, which they claim they never received. After my forebearance was over they claim I had all these late charges, and I owed money or they would foreclose on my home. Now they have me in another forebearance agreement which ends in December where I will owe a balloon paymnet of 6000.00 or they will force me to sell my house. I am totally lost as to where all my payments went to, and why I still owe all this money. When asked to see a history of my payments, they charge me for it, but I have yet to see it. I am getting to the point where come take my home and I will see you in court. I have worked very hard at keeping my home, and I don't understand how this company gets away with this. Steal a piece of food from a store and you get in trouble, but such behavior as Fairbanks goes unnoticed..
