First National Credit Misleading deceptive company, consumer fraud ripoff, fraudulent business

This company posed as a secured credit card company, attracting individuals who are already in financial straits. Only after they have received $35 dollars do you realize it is a partial credit account towards purchases made only through their catalog of over priced items.

Once Requesting immediate return of all unused material for a refund via certified return receipt, they lead you to believe they will process the request in 8 weeks. During this time the company will disappear. Phone numbers disconnected!

This is a true immoral fraudulent scam! This company deserves the full brunt of our consumer fraud legal ramifications!
