Discover calls me up several times a year and tries to sell me the card holder disabilty insurance, every time they do, I tell them NO! Absolutely not! In spite of that, they start up the service and charge me the monthly fee for it anyway.
I have asked that they put me on the "do not call list", they keep calling. Everytime that I call and cancel, they tell me that I requested it by phone.
Thieves and liars and bad customer service.
They refuse to refund charges after 30 days.
Stop calling me and offering this, and stop adding it on anyway!
I am ready to sue, somebody tell me what I have to do, or a good lawyer to contact.
Today (3-31-08) I talked to Shara Simpson, who refused to reverse charges and was told to cancel the service, She bloody well bettter have done it.
