I have had 1 of my Discover Cards taken twice. $6000 Charged the 1st go-around, and after Cancelling that Card, got $3000 in charges in 1 day. Discover did NOT Call, Nor Live up to their "0% Fraud Liability" Guarantee.
I have called multiple times, and had new cards issued over and over, but Discover will now clear the charges that are clearly signed by someone else.
That is FRAUD, and Discover won't do a thing about it.
Bonus. I had a credit, $669... Credited to my last cancel and new card being issued.
Guess What Discover did??? Repeated the Credit 1 times, and re-charged it 3 times. It was rung up wrong to begin with and now they are Tripple hitting me with a charge that was Credited months ago. It DID NOT EVEN HAPPEN AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME!!!
That's It, I have Transferred most of my balance to anohter card at 3%, and am still Diputing the last $3000, all charged in 1 day with no call from Discover about the activity on MY Account.
If I have to pay this of, which I am talking to a Atty. About, once it is done, I am done as Discover Card Member.
They are a rip-off — High Interest Rates, No response, and Accept False Signatures on YOUR Card.
And Customer Support is Nill. Don't even ask...
