Worst comstumer service deptment, agents barely speak english, and how they handle the pending transaction

Netspend is one of the worst prepay card corp that i have ever dealt with, the agents used by them i would say 95% hardly speak decent english, they talked to you like you are iddiot, can never get a supervisor on the phone when you ask for one and when you do they also speak very poor english, they hold charges made to hotels, rental car companies for over 90 days in there pending account and i have had well over $1000.00 of my money on hold in there pending transaction account, even that they were accounts had been already settle/paid in full, when asking them to release the funds in the pending tranaction-you would get a thousands reason why they couldnt due so, even after you have faxed them a copy of the reciepts, but it would take you faxing the same copy of the reciepts not just once, but sometimes would take 12 to 15 times faxing the copies to them, and then when you called to ask why the charges still havent been released, you get told that they never recieved the faxes... This has been a major ongoing problem with them for over 4 yrs now and something really needs to be done to netspend and complaining to them goes unheard... They should be investorgated (Spelling sucks)&very very bad company...
