Charge annual fee and interest and then overlimit fee because there fees took you over limit

Previous bal was 1047.01, which was over my credit limit due to finance charges being applied and then being charged an over limit fee. Paid 115.00, bringing bal down to 932.01. Charges of 59.49 made balance of 991.50. They then added a $29.00 annual fee which took me over limit. I was then charged $39 Over limit fee and $18 in finance charges.
