They sent me a bill with a minimum payment due which I paid on time. The following month they charged me $8.42 in finance charges which then put me over the limit and then they charged me $29.00 over limit fee. Again, the minimum payment just brings me to the credit limit, so if I only pay that again, the finance charges next month will cause me to have another $29.00 over limit fee. I was notified that they are changing the over limit fee to $39.00 in October. I guess that is how they make there money since my little $8.42 finance charge would not even pay one employee an hours wages.
Then they allowed a charge to go through on my account when I was already at the credit limit. I called and they said that there was nothing they could do about it if it was a subscription of some type. I explained that I had canceled this subscription over two months ago, but I got no where with them and called the company direct and they removed the charge, but of course, not before good old Capital One gave me an overlimit fee. They suck and someone should do something about the way the do business.
