I had make a deposit in an ATM located in a grocery store. The first checked scanned okay, the second check froze the ATM up. I could not get any response from pushing any of the buttons and could not get my card back.
I called B of A while standing next to the machine and they gave me credit for the checks and had to issue me a new card. I just got a notice in the mail that they are reversing the credit they had gave me. I do copy all my checks before making deposits so I know what ones and how much they are for. I have tried to go into my B of A branch to take care of this but they have told me they can't do anything for me, that I have to call their help line.
I called and waited " for the next available representative" for an hour before hanging up.
Now I will have to call the customer and ask them to see if that check has cleared. If not they will have to write me a new one and put a stop payment on the on B of A lost at the expense of my customer.
I have two more complaints about B of A I'm going to post up here. I am now looking for another bank. As I see there are over 800 complaints on here about B of A so I see that they don't care to resolve anything with anybody.
