Once a day for several months I have received a recorded phone message regarding the high costs of credit cards. There is no identification of the company. You are asked to press 9 in order to speak to a representative. Today, I had had enough of their phone calls and pressed 9.
The woman who answered slurred the name of the company so I asked her to please repeat it... It was Rate Reduction Center. She asked about my credit card debt and I asked her first for a mailing address. She hung up on me.
