I received a recorded call at my phone number, which is on the do-not-call list. The caller-ID said, "Private Name, Private Number." The recording "warned" me that my credit card bills were going up and that I was chosen among their customers to be eligible to have my rate lowered to 6.9%. It told me to press 9. A man answered with, "Rate Reduction Center..." I asked for the precise company name and address, but he hung up on me.
