This company calls with a automated system saying they are credit card services trying to give you a lower rate on your credit card. You have to press 9 to connect to a live operator. When you connect to a operator and ask to be removed from the list they yell at you and hang up. We have been on the do not call list since 2003 and this company keeps calling several times a week and wont stop. Has been reported to the do not call center for violating the list rules.
On last call the operator said they were called the Rate Reduction Center.
Operator was still cursing into the phone from the last call when she answered my call.
