Rate Reduction Center
Called while I'm on the Do Not Call list and hung up when I asked to be removed from their list

I received a call from a Private Name and Phone Number with an automated message that Credit Card rates are going up this year and if I wanted to prevent this from going up I had to press 9 now.

There was no automated removal option so I pressed 9 and got a live representative within a few seconds.

I kindly asked the lady to be removed from their calling list after which she just hung up.
