Credit Card Does not explain to accept decline untill you sign up!

I thought this was a U.S. Military credit card, sign in and seen that it wasnt, e-mail them to decline card as soon I signed up. Recive e-mail from them someone will contact me in 72 hours, ect. Waited no one contacted me, Went back on there site to e-mail them, read you cannot cancle on e-mail and have to call 1-800-815-6952 m-f,

They have all transations on on Jun 06?
Card activation on Feb 12th $79.00 charged to checking on Feb 15th, and that they will charge a $120.00 on Feb 22, for the 30 day money back activation fee...??

They will do business on site, e-mail, ect to get business, they info that come with card does not fully explain, Then they want you to call to cancle? So after President day, I will call in to cancle card, and see HOW, theY treat there U.S. MILITARY!
