Complaint / review text:
I send for the free sample they charge my debit card and did not send the sample, i send an email to them and they sent the sample two months after they charged my account.
After that i sent an email for them to cancle my account, they did not cancle they billmy account $56.60 and send me one shipment with two bottles, i tried to contact them by phone but the phone is never in sevice or the machine will answer and no one will ever return my call when i leave a message.
I cancle my card so that they would not bill my card anymore, the next month my bank statement showed another $56.60, and no shippment came in the mail, so they start billing to my account, i tried to make contact with them but no luck after that they did two more billing and no shipping, finally i get on to them to cancle my account and refund my account, it has been almost one year now and they still haven't refunded my account and i can't get on to them.
If someone can help me get my money back please, they bill me for three shippment and i return the the one shippment that they sent. They have to pay me FOR four $56.60
