This man who was recently sentenced on Feb. 1 to the House of Corrections on another civil suit also works as a loan officer on Cape Cod

This man has a history of bad check writing, being evicted and owing IRS. Has never owned his own home, borrows money, and is quite charming and belivable.
He refinanced a young mother of two who inherited a home through the tragic death of her mother, this same home went into foreclosure as a result of her not being aware of this sheep in wolves clothing..

This so called honest guy made up a figure of $40,500 probably one third of what she was living on, made up a 1040, told her lots of people do it this way, sent her to H&R Block, but said the 1040 didnt have to be submitted to the IRS, only Saxon Mortgage Co. So they would see a figure that would allow her to pay the note. He did this more than once, but yet this liar con-man is still writing loans. Much more to the story, but buyer beware. Stay away from people who seem way too helpful. His credit report wouldn't even allow him to get an auto loan. But yet he is on dating sites telling women he is a financial adviser.
