I signed up with this Company when I was setting up my retail store, the rep was not very informative, he seemed to be more interested in if other places in my small town needed his credit card maching, he did not explain to me if I paid cash for the machine i would get a better rate, or I would of paid for the machine, I attempted to fax reciepts to their fax line because unless they were not faxed they would not put the monies in my bank account.

I quit using them and bought a machine from another well informed rep from a different company.

After this I returned my equipment and called the manager and told him I did not want their services anymore, he told me well I fired that guy and he was a sub contractor so he messed up cuz you didn't have to fax in receipts, even though I got an email stating I did have to. Plus he wanted 199.00 for me breaking the contract I never even got a copy of!

Now he is trying to collect the money off me via a bill collector. I feel the owner is responsible for training his sub contractors and that since this guy got fired for making errors why should I pay for his mistakes?
