Never sent a machine to process credit cards, no infomration on how to process but charged by bank account fees

BIG RIP OFF Company! I made an "Application" to see if I was eligible and the Al Vidal telephone sales rep. Knew I did not have a phone line for the new business. I stated I was just checking my eligiblility and he said "OK'... However, it ended up after he got all my information, the charges started on my bank acount and couldn't be stopped because the company ID to EFT the funds changed with different transactions.

United Payment Services never sent a machine or terminal to process the cards and never called to set up training or how to process cards.instead just charged my bank account approximately $400 before I figured out what was happening when I received my bank statement, I had to close the account so hopefully this will end their fraudulent transactions to rip me off!

I tried to resolve the conflict with United Payment Services and Al Vidal (who said he couldn't help me) and talk with a supervisor and "customer service" said they didn't have supervisor or "boss" to talk with and I was out of luck. No machine, no processing, but they took $400 knowing I didn't have a machine or anyway to process credit cards.
