On September 4 I call Capital One Auto Finance to inform them that I moved and to set up a repayment schedule since I was currently out of work. It was agreed upon by the customer service rep that I would make a payment in September, and three payments in October to bring my account up to date.
I made the payments as promised and on October 11th, 6 days before my next payment was due they came to my home and took my vehicle.
Since it was a holiday weekend I was unable to get in contact with them until today, October 15th. They informed me when I called them that there was no agreement made in September and that I could not have my vehicle back even if I paid all that was due up to date, because I am currently collecting unemployment.
