Complaint / Review
Software Processing Center New York, Processing Service Center, International Merchandising

In September of like others, I too answered an ad on The Flyer in Florida. Data entry, work from home, blah, blah. It was medical billing and I paid $299.00 to get a Mediclaims Software, which didn't contain much. This Jennifer person was the rudest person I have ever met. When I started asking questions on the company she got very defensive and very rude. I thought it was very odd that every time I worte to they support email, she was the only one answering back. I wrote an ugly email about her, stating how rude she was, and she called me back and insulted me! I demanded to know what the company name really was and she gave me the name of Global Processors (which was bull*). I asked to speak to a supervisor and she called me stupid, deaf, idiot! I told her that I wanted my money back and all she told me was "GOOD LUCK with that"!! She said the supervisor's name was Taylor (?).
People, I saw that there are quite a few reports here on these scammers, I have new INFO! I just decided to look up in the BBB the phone numbers that I had: 1-888-350-8734 (from where my card was charged, which no longer works) and up came the name SOFTWARE PROCESSING CENTER with a new number 1-800-544-6247. If you call this number right now, you will get the same recording as if you were answering their ad. The address 676 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036. Please, I have filed a report on these people in January with the old information that I had, I am going to file a new one with the new info, I suggest you do the same. Lets take these people to the cleaners! Old Information on these people: 1-800-605-3083,1-800-757-1037,1-888-350-8734. Processing service Center, 208 East 51st Street, New York, NY 10022. They also have gone by the names of: International Merchandising Group, International Home Processors, Central Processing Center. I know her name is Jennifer, the guy who answered my message and gave me all the information said he was Pat (maybe he's the Eric Hopkins guy, who knows). The FTC told me to contact the State Attorney of their area or law enforcement right away. COME ON GUYS, fight for your right and lets try to get our money back and/or JUSTICE. File a report with the FTC with the new information.
