In March of like others, I too answered an ad in the Colorado Springs Newspaper for data entry. (At the time I was living in Colorado.) Data entry, work from home, blah, blah. It was medical billing and I paid $299.00 to get a Mediclaims Software, which didn't contain much. I was trying to supplement my s.S.income. I wasn't looking to make a whole bunch of money. Just enought to get by. I moved in June to Texas and after I did I purchased a new computer. Which by the way there software is not compatible with there software. After spending lots of money and time on letters, postage, and copies I decided that it was time for them to either help me make there program work or give me my money back. The female contact person whos name I was never given, was the rudest person I have ever met. When I started asking questions on the company she got very defensive and very rude. I thought it was very odd that every time I worte to they support email, she was the only one answering back. I wrote an ugly email about the program stating how I was very dissatified with the program and that I wanted a refund of the entire $299.00 To date I have never received a response back. People, I saw that there are quite a few reports here on these scammers. Something should be done about this. They are a total rip off.
