This company refuses to with hold the monthly court ordered child support from Joe Chappell Jr's wages on a regular basis. The company sometimes goes two months at a time without withholding any support reguardless of the monthly verbal and written reminders from the WV Child Support Enforcement Division to do so!!! It is the employer's responsability to withhold the child support when given a notice from the State of WV to do so. So, why then is the state allowing this to continue without legal action against the employer? Is it possible for me take legal action against the employer for their neglect to honor a court ordered withholding statement?
