My child support case has been administratively terminated as of DECmy employer had received an court order to garnish my wages in FEDseveral times i called the child support requesting that a letter of termination besent to my employer at about JAN -25th i was informed that the process will take about 20 business days for a letter to be sent now its pass the 20days and no letter has been sent so far i have gone three pay periods and only receiving a very minimal paycheck and the process of getting my refunded s is just as if not more frustrating. Something should be done about the this agency operates 20days is more than adequate for follow up or following through with procedures.
