Keystone Lighting owner and employer Mrs. Terry Richards is helping a deadbeat dad not to pay court order support. One of her employees is a deadbeat dad and does not pay his court order support. Mrs. Richards recieved which was verified a court order to with hold a certain amount of court ordered child support from one of her employees every two weeks yet it has been two months and she is not following the court order. What kind of employer yet a human being would neglect to help a child through a court order recieve their support. She admits she got the court order and claims its not her problem she gave it to her payroll department. If she cant follow a simple court order how does she own a business? This is voliation of a court order and now the Senator's office is getting involved.
I hope Mrs. Richards enjoys her games because there are legal rights and actions that are being taken against her and her company. Can we say lawsuit lady? She should make sure she sells enought candles, fans and lighting fixtures because she will soon be supbeona into court to answer the voliation and it comes with a hefty fine each time she fails to obey a court order. This is a disgrace to all the parents who are fighting for their childs rights to be supported by the other parent. Yet she thinks she is above the law by not following the law. The time is coming where action is being taken and it will cost her money and then maybe she will follow the laws.
