Took my money without me knowing or authorizing

I checked my account for a deposit that was to be made at 5:15 am. Come to find out NMB New Millennium Bank had taken $99.95 from my account. I did not authorize this whatsoever.

I contacted my bank the same day (2:00pm) and they filed a report. I did receive my money back the next day, but I still have to pay a $25.00 stop-payment fee.
NMB should be held responsible for this payment and reimburse me. Someone really needs to do something about these so called credit cards.

Here's the real kicker, NMB sent me a letter wanting anywhere from $300.00 to $5,000.00 deposit, but they only will accept a money order/bank check sent to a PO box.

Please do not response to these people and/or watch what you enter in the computer.
