Ripoff swindled duped hoaxed hoodwinked conned deluded snared victimized

I received a letter from New Millennium Bank telling me I was approved for two credit cards, a Visa and a MasterCard with a credit limit up to $10.000.00 all I would need to do is send my application fee of $46.00 for both cards. Once I sent in my money order for the $46.00 New Millennium Bank sent me a letter stating I would need to send them $300.00 to seccure my credit cards. I was deceived because I was not told these were seccure cards and if it was indeed to be seccure cards they didnt ask for the $300.00 op front like they did the $46.00.
