Ripped me off $279 in July... Refuses refund!
When I signed up the website stated 6 month money back guarantee.
I was told by Jerry Wallace and Terry Penny ("the coach") that an investor put up $5 Million to buy homes, the deal was that you get For Sale By Owners to agree to give you a contract to market their home but that they could continue to sell on their own or their real estate agent could. That you would bring the seller a buyer within 90 days or the investor would buy the home. It sounded like a win/win situation — no loss or expense of the seller!
It was up to me, "the real estate investor" (but not really an investor!!!) to pay for signs and run ads. We are talking Hundreds of dollars.
When I had 4 house contracts, Terry Penny said something that prompted me to question "isn't the investor or DBA Jerry Wallace whatever his company name is, going to in the end ultimately buy the house?"
She said "well NO, there's always a way to get out of contracts". That left a very bad taste as their entire tactic is to get the confidence and hopes up of the seller.in 90 days they believe no matter what, their home will be purchased even if its at 90% of appraisal. Only for them to be let down and put in a bind! These people are messing with people's lives! And it's wrong!
I emailed Jerry, the snake - such a b.S.'er and salesman, and asked for my $279 back. He flat out said "NO and that I had to stay in the program 6 months in order to get the money back". With another email stating to him that his website never stated any condition on this 6 month guarantee, well of course he's changed the website now~ and I want my money back as I will NOT be part of such a fraud and scam. He threatened me not to contact Terry Penny or himself and deal direct to his lawyer — to which he has never given me "his lawyers" contact information or name!
He's a flat out crook taking advantage of (what they phrase "motivated sellers") but its more like DESPERATE sellers, and they know its a crap shoot if they get a buyer in 90 days or not, and they don't care!!! Just a rotten group of snakes and con-artists preying on people!
