Stole $279 for bogus Real Estate Flipping program, said it was 6 month money back and tried to make condition on it once I demanded refund, they say they will buy the sellers house in 90 days or less if its not sold but when I questioned "my coach" Terry Penny, she said "there's always ways to get out of contracts" and I replied "do you realize you are playing with people's lives if they count on the promise you and Jerry Wallace say that there is $5M in investors money backing!"
I called and emailed saying I cannot morally and ethically promote this anymore and want my $279 back. Jerry Wallace is a real crook and refused saying it was once I stayed in the program for 6 months. No where on the website did it ever "outline" or describe any terms or conditions of this 6 month money back guarantee!
They are running a scam, and now have raised the price to $497!
