AT&T Yellowpages
Unfair treatment!

I began marketing with Bellsouth Yellowpages a couple of years ago. This past year these were consumed by AT&T.in March, I had been approached about reviving my marketing and growing my web publicity with increased of the goods. I'd no escalation in company for that prior year, but believed that it could help do because they recommended. The salesman assured me that I really could stop before the start of new agreement - November 1.in September, following a raw year, I named to stop and was informed that I'd have experienced to possess named within thirty days of signing. I named several "customer support" figures and got nowhere. I eventually got to somebody who was useful and he or she offered me the amount for the regional sales director. He explained he might study whether there have been any reasons for ending the agreement (non performance or insufficient reaction from the unique salesman appeared to be the only real options; neither appeared provable). I settled the final payment of my 2007 agreement - 60 days overdue... Company was so bad. Nowadays I acquired a phone informing me I owed 8 weeks within the new agreement. I told them I was not likely to spend it - I'd provided compromises after requesting to stop (stated I Would purchase printing or perhaps a decreased web plan) plus they had declined or dismissed me. I am not prepared to bankrupt my company to cover useless marketing.

I simply left a note for that sales director. I am likely to consult him again to complete anything. If he does not, I am considering getting the tale to some nearby customer advocate and writing additional information of the tale about the internet. I can not pay the attorney when they prosecute me, therefore the option is the fact that or turn off the company and begin again under a brand new title. Simply excellent just how much they worry about assisting their clients, eh?
