Agent, Kelly Mckenzie listed our home, Had a buyer that was supposed to be very ill. Agent asked if we would contribute 3% toward her closing, i said yes. Man knocked on my door and said he was the investor buying my lovely home, I was in shock. I called agent Kelly Mckenzie asked her who this person was, she said i thought you knew. I asked her how did we know it was a investor if you didnt tell us.
At that point I told her no deal on the 3% if buyer wanted the house he had to pay the 3%. We were supposed to close on the house 4 times, this so called investor is nothing but a used car salesman. He could not get his financing. So, i cancelled the whole contract.in the mean time the agent kelly mckenzie gave the so called investor the keys to our house that we had all ready moved out of and he rented out the house and collected the money. We had to hire a lawyer and pay him 2,500 to get all of our documents the broker refused to give us that we had signed. The lawyer wants anothe $ 10,000. To take this case to court. Why should we have to go through this in order to get our expenses back. Oh, thats not all. The so called investor went in and painted the house, dropped paint all over the blue carpet and we have to have all of theis re done.
I listed the home with another broker that is very trustworthy in order to get the house sold.
Where is my expenses, and damages??? Any idea
