Kroger Personal Finance works thru RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland)
Both of these Crooked operations are in Bridgeport, CT
FIRST, if you are late (even one day) on a payment, they REDUCE your credit
line, THEN charge you a LATE fee as well as an OVERLIMIT fee... And you start receiving 10 to 12 calls/day
Your statement is sent out 2 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT IS DUE!
You will ALWAYS be "late" on your payment, IE: Late fees & Overlimit fees!
What to do?
1. Notify the Connecticut State Attorney General.
2. File complaint with Bridgeport, CT Better Business Bureau.
3. Add their numbers to the National DO NOT CALL List (Google it)
4. Start calling their respective "Customer Service" numbers:
