I tried to cancell my service and they refused to cancell it. They continued to debit money from my bank account, nationwide

I tried to cancell my service.netzero refused to cancell my service and they continued to debit money from my bank account every month. Every month my bank would recover my funds and return them back to my account. This is frustrating, there were times when my account was overdrawn due to netzero debiting funds. I had replaced my atm card three times in hopes that that would solve the problem. They somehow had gotten my new card number and continued to charge my account. I had informed netzero that I did not give them my consent to charge my account and if they do it again I will report them to the proper authorities and file legal charges. Hopefully this will stop them.
