United Online Collections Division sent me a letter saying that I had not payed for a NetZero account... Funny, since I don't have NetZero! They said I owed $37.77 and had to pay right away. The toll-free number they gave is just a message saying to pay your bill.
Because I had some problems before with a credit card number being stolen I found a number online and called NetZero directly. They said that there was no account open in my name I didn't owe anything! They also told me that I should just write to this "collection agency" and tell them that I didn't owe on an account.
I decided to look up the company online because of this and found other people saying that similar notices had been sent to them on accounts they didn't have!
This "company" is fraudulent and whoever is running it needs to be arrested! Not only are they stealing money from people but how did they get all my information?!
